Beginning Cabaret Belly Dance

Cabaret style is usually a fun, upbeat dance, but can also be slow and mesmerizing. Cabaret is beautiful for the solo dancer, but is also great for troupe performances. Dancers may incorporate props into their performance, such as canes, swords or finger cymbals. HOME Youth&Resource Center, Salem

Community Action Agency's HOME Youth&Resource Center participates in the Summer Food Service Program. HOME provides a safe environment for at-risk and homeless teens where they also can find positive activities, assistance with school and jobs, clothing and meals. Lunch is served from noon to 1 p.m. and dinner from 4:30 to 6 p.m. daily.
